I coined the name! Ingredients:
2 small apples, washed,peeled,and grated |
2 cups plain fat-free yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice |
2 1/2 cups cold water |
3 tablespoons sugar |
crushed ice, as required |
Directions:
1. Blend the yogurt, sugar and cold water together in a blender. 2. Add the limejuice and apple to the lassi. 3. Blend again. 4. Put crushed ice in glasses. 5. Pour lassi over it and serve. |
