I have had this recipe forever, lol. It's different but very tasty. Simple and easy for the days we are in a rush.
Ingredients:
2 cups beans -- mashed
2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 eggs -- beaten
1 tablespoon butter
or bacon drippings
1/4 teaspoon pepper
milk
salt
2 tablespoons onion -- chopped
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients using enough milk to moisten.
2. Pack firmly into well buttered loaf pan.
3. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until firm.
4. Serve with tomato sauce.
