The flavour of the famous biscuit from down under in a muffin. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon baking soda |
3/4 cup warm milk |
50 g butter, melted |
2 tablespoons golden syrup |
2/3 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup desiccated coconut |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1 egg |
2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Dissolved baking soda in milk, then add butter, golden syrup and brown sugar and mix well. 2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until just combined. 3. Three-quarters fill well-greased muffin pans and bake 190 C for 15-20 minutes. |
