                    Australian-style Anzac biscuits. Makes 24 biscuits. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup plain flour  |  
                                                1 cup sugar  |  
                                                1 cup oats  |  
                                                1 cup coconut, dessicated  |  
                                                120 grams of butter, melted  |  
                                                1 tablespoon of golden syrup  |  
                                                2 tablespoons of boiling water  |  
                                                1 teaspoon baking powder  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix together dry ingredients, then the wet ingredients. 2. Spoon 24 balls of biscuit dought onto a greased oven tray. Flatten slightly with fork dipped in flour. 3. Cook in a cool oven 150-160 centigrade for 10 to 15 minutes.                              |
