A great breakfast on the go , or mid-afternoon pick me up . Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt or 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt |
6 medium strawberries |
1 cup canned crushed pineapple with juice |
1 medium banana |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
4 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. |
