This fun and healthy shake is great for kids and pregnant moms-to-be. Ingredients:
2 cups orange juice |
1 ripe banana |
1 cup fresh strawberries (can use other fruits such as peaches) or 1 cup frozen strawberries (can use other fruits such as peaches) |
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt |
6 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Measure ingredients and combine in blender or food processor. Blend until ice is finely chopped and mixture is smooth. Pour into 4 cups and serve with straws. 2. Makes 4 servings. |
