From a church cookbook. Great along side of any meal. Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, sliced |
2 large onions, sliced |
1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup vinegar |
3 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. Place first 3 ingred. in bowl. 2. Bring sugar, water, vinegar and salt to a boil. Pour over cucumbers and let set overnight. Keeps well. |
