Delicous, easy, fast and you can have it at any time, breakfast, lunch, snack, and dessert. Ingredients:
2 oranges, juice of or 2 cups orange juice |
2 cups low-fat plain yogurt |
10 ice cubes |
1 ounce whipped cream (optional) |
Directions:
1. In the blender put the 10 ice cubes, low fat yougert and the 2 sqeezed oranges or the 2 cups of orange juice, then blend on high for 5 minutes. |
