Quick and easy snack, even the kids like this one. Ingredients:
1 cup drained canned sliced peach |
1/2 cup coarsely chopped dried plum |
1 (8 ounce) container nonfat vanilla yogurt |
1 cup low-fat granola |
Directions:
1. Into each of two wide stemmed glasses layer 1/4 cup peaches, 2 tablespoons dried plums, 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup granola; repeat layers. |
