Ingredients:
sweet potatoes
butter
sugar and spice
yeast
hot butter
honey
Directions:
1. Boil and mash potatoes
2. run into each one as much flour as will make it like bread -
3. add spice and sugar to your taste,
4. with a spoonful of yeast;
5. when it has risen well,
6. work in a piece of butter,
7. bake it in small rolls to be eaten with hot butter, either for breakfast or tea.
