Ingredients:
3 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
12 ritz crackers
3 slices hard salami, quartered
3 stuffed green olives, each cut into 4 slices
Directions:
1. Cut cheese crosswise into 12 thin slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
2. Cover each cracker with 1 cheese piece, 1 salami piece and a second cheese piece.
3. Top each with an olive slice.
