                                                3 ounces sharp cheddar cheese  |  
                                                12 ritz crackers  |  
                                                3 slices hard salami, quartered  |  
                                                3 stuffed green olives, each cut into 4 slices  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cut cheese crosswise into 12 thin slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half. 2. Cover each cracker with 1 cheese piece, 1 salami piece and a second cheese piece. 3. Top each with an olive slice.                              |
