Quick and simple, this is one of those back of the package recipes. Kraft.
Ingredients:
8 cups torn romaine lettuce
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/3 cup italian dressing
pepperoncini pepper (to garnish)
pitted olive (to garnish)
Directions:
1. Toss lettuce, pepperoni, onion and 1 cup of the cheese in a large bowl.
2. Toss with dressing.
3. Plate salad and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
4. Garnish with pepperoncini and olives.
