So simple and so yummy. Allow enough time for kabobs to marinate 8 hours. Ingredients:
9oz. refrigerated, cheese-filled tortellini; uncooked |
14oz. can artichoke hearts; drained & quarted |
6oz. can pitted, ripe olives |
3.5oz. pkg. pepperoni slices |
6 long wooden skewers |
8oz. bottle italian salad dressing |
8oz. provolone cheese, cut into 1/2 cubes |
1pt. cherry tomoates; halved |
Directions:
1. Prepare tortellini according to package directions; drain & cool. 2. Place tortellini, artichoke hearts, olives & pepperoni slices on skewers. 3. Place skewers in 9x13 dish & drizzle with italian dressing, turning skewers to coat. 4. Cover & chill 8 hours turning occasionally. 5. To serve: remove skewers from dressing; add cheese cubes & tomato halves. |
