Ingredients:
wooden skewer (8 inch)
1 pint grape tomatoes
20 small bocconcini, balls (fresh mozzarella)
24 fresh basil leaves
good quality olive oil, to drizzle
salt and pepper (optional)
Directions:
1. Skewer tomatoes, basil and cheese.
2. Drizzle lightly with oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
