I am allergic to mushrooms but my husband loves these that one of the ladies at my church brings to potlucks Ingredients:
1/3 cup red wine vinegar |
2/3 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 garlic clove |
2 lbs fresh mushrooms, washed |
Directions:
1. marinate mushrooms in the fridge for 1-2 days then serve. |
