Another Peanut Butter Protein Bar - Low Carb, Low Fat, High Protein

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
4 ounces fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup splenda granular
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 scoops (1 cup) pro performance 100% whey protein (flavor of your choice)
Directions:
1. Warm peanut butter, applesauce, and cream cheese in microwave.
2. Mix in Splenda and vanilla. Make sure everything is mixed well before adding protein powder.
3. Add protein powder, 1/2 scoop at a time. You will need to use your hands to mix this towards the end.
4. Press into a small casserole and chill until firm.
5. Cut into 6 bars, and store in plastic bag in refrigerator.
