I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help.
Ingredients:
2 cups peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar-free syrup
1 cup splenda sugar substitute
1 cup vanilla soy protein powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, then roll into balls and press w/ fork.
2. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
