Great on baked potatoes. NOT FOR USE IN RECIPES THAT REQUIRE HEATING. Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons buttermilk |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. (Scrape sides of container often with rubber spatula while blending.). |
