Another Hot Crab Dip Recipe |

Ingredients:
1/2 lb cream cheese, softened |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
4 fluid ounces sour cream |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 lb fresh backfin crab meat |
1/3 cup chopped green onion |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. 3. Gently stir in the crabmeat and most of the green onions; reserve some green onions for garnish. 4. Spoon the mixture into a 1-quart buttered casserole dish. 5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until top is set and mixture is hot. 6. Garnish the top with remaining green onions. 7. Serve dip with Tortilla chips or crackers. |
