Annz Incredible Spinach Artichoke Dip |

Cooking Light had a recipe for crock pot spinach artichoke dip, but I didn't want to wait that long - and I didn't have all the ingredients. So I made my own version and it's so delectable and easy, I have to share! Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and patted dry |
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
3/4 cup chopped onion |
4 large garlic cloves, chopped |
1 (8 ounce) package neufchatel cheese |
1/2 cup light mayonnaise |
1/2 cup light sour cream |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup feta cheese |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients together in a saucepan and stir to mix. Heat on medium low heat, stirring occasionally, until everything is well blended and the cheese is melted. Serve with chips or vegies. |
