Ingredients:
1 large head cabbage, finely shredded |
1 large onion, sliced and seperated into rings |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 cup vinegar |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 cup oil |
Directions:
1. Mix cabbage and onions. 2. Sprinkle evenly with sugar. 3. Combine remaining ingredients and bring them to a boil. 4. Pour liquid over cabbage and onion. 5. Let stand 12 hours. 6. Refrigerate. |
