1 1/8 ounces rum |
1 ounce creme de coconut |
3 ounces pineapple juice |
1 ounce soft vanilla ice cream |
1 pineapple chunk |
1 maraschino cherry |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except pineapple chunk and cherry, with crushed ice in blender; Blend until smooth; Pour into 13 oz glass; Garnish with pineapple chunk and cherry. |
