Courtesy of my stepmom Annie, goes great with flatbread or nacho chips.
Ingredients:
tinned or freshly cooked chickpeas
red peppers
garlic
tahini
olive oil
lemon juice
Directions:
1. Whiz chickpeas and olive oil in a blender until they make a smooth paste.
2. Add remaining ingredients little by little until you're happy with the taste.
3. NOTE: No specific amounts for the ingredients, just use however much you feel like.
