Ann Landers wrote a column for the Commercial Appeal out of Memphis , TN. Her most asked question was the request for her famous meatloaf recipe. It has always been a favorite around my house, hope you like it. Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup water |
2 eggs |
3/4 cup ketchup |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix |
1 tablespoon accent seasoning |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce (to top off meatloaf) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingedients together except tomato sauce. Put meat mixture in a loaf pan and top with tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes. |
