this is yummy and very healthy add water to make a soup you can use red beans or adzuki beans Ingredients:
3 cups adzuki beans |
2/3 cup jaggery |
1 pinch salt |
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional) |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients and simmer until the jaggery is dissolved. 2. serve with pancakes or plain as a pudding. |
