Got this from a woman who worked with me ages ago. The garlic gives it a nice bouquet and aroma.
Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar or 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 garlic clove, broken up
1 dash dill
1 dash lemon juice
1 dash oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together (garlic should be in a few chunky pieces).
2. Let sit over night in a covered container in the refrigerator to get full flavor.
