Ingredients:
1/2 cup onions, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 chicken bouillon cube |
6 cups water |
6 oz tomato paste |
1 tsp italian seasoning |
2 c mixed vegetables, frozen |
1/2 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine onions and garlic. 2. Cook until tender. 3. Add broth, water, tomato paste, seasoning, and black pepper. Stir and bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat to low and cook ten minutes. 5. Add mixed vegetables and macaroni. 6. Bring to a boil. 7. Reduce heat to low and cook ten minutes, or until macaroni is done. |
