Fruit salad with mint and basil. Very refreshing. Ingredients:
1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes |
1 cantaloupe, cut into 1 inch cubes |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 teaspoons grand marnier |
2 teaspoons anise basil, finely minced |
1 teaspoon mint, finely minced |
Directions:
1. Combine fruits in bowl. 2. In separate bowl whisk together the lemon juice, honey, liqueur, basil and mint. 3. Toss with the fruit and serve. |
