Fruit salad with mint and basil. Very refreshing.
Ingredients:
1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cantaloupe, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons grand marnier
2 teaspoons anise basil, finely minced
1 teaspoon mint, finely minced
Directions:
1. Combine fruits in bowl.
2. In separate bowl whisk together the lemon juice, honey, liqueur, basil and mint.
3. Toss with the fruit and serve.
