Got this out of the News & Observer here in Raleigh. Angus Barn is one of the nicest restaurants in town. They serve this sauce with their Crab Cakes. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup creole mustard or 1/2 cup whole grain mustard |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine above ingredients. 2. mix well. 3. Sauce will keep for a few days, covered in the refrigerator. |
