Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) olive oil |
1 teaspoon(s) dried red pepper |
4 clove(s) garlic chopped |
8 whole(s) tomatoes chopped, thickly |
1 pinch(s) salt |
1/4 cup(s) capers |
6 whole(s) basil leaves |
1 box(es) pasta |
Directions:
1. Chop all but on clove of garlic; add to oil and pepper in pan 2. Cook till golden brown 3. Drain pepper & Garlic, keep oil 4. Chop tomatoes so they're thick 5. Add tomatoes, the last garlic clove and tomatoes to the drained oil 6. Cook for about 5 mins. (not till mush) 7. Also add basil and capers 8. Top over pasta. Yum |
