3 tblsp red wine vinegar |
1 poblano pepper |
1 medium red onion |
2 cloves garlic |
1 tsp crushed red pepper |

Directions:
1. heat oil on medium 2. cooked diced onion, pepper and garlic till soft 3. add tomato, vinegar and seasoning 4. add browned chicken pieces 5. bake at 375 fir 90 minutes 6. serve with pasta |
