Easy and fast dessert/treat that is delicious and pretty. Don't remember where I got the recipe. Ingredients:
1 pkg. stella d'oro anginetti cookies (use 22 cookies) |
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained |
3 oz. cream cheese, softened |
4 oz cool whip, thawed |
Directions:
1. With a serrated knife, cut the cookies in half. 2. Beat the cream cheese, fold in cool whip and lastly, the crushed pineapple. 3. Fill the cookies, replace caps. Refrigerate. For a fancy presentation, sliced strawberries or kiwi would work well. 4. enjoy! |
