This is a recipe that is really simple and easy. it will fill your home with a great smell! Ingredients:
3 lbs beef eye round |
1 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper |
2 lbs baby potatoes |
5 large carrots, cut |
1 large onion, cut into wedges |
6 stalks celery |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 325°F. 2. place beef in roasting pan, rub with butter. 3. Season w/ seaoned salt & lemon pepper. 4. bake 1 hour. 5. add veggies bake 1 hour. 6. let meat rest 10 minutes. |
