From The Kraft Food and Family Magazine Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges |
2 parsnips, peeled and sliced |
1 fennel bulb, chopped |
1 onion, sliced |
1/2 cup catalina dressing |
1/2 cup cranberry juice |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Place in Large Baking Dish, Sweet Potatoes, Parsnips, Fennel and Onion. 2. Mix Together Catalina Dressing, Cranberry Juice, and Maple Syrup. 3. Toss With Vegetables. 4. Bake at 350 Degrees for 50 Minutes or Until Vegetables are Tender. |
