This has become a neighborhood favorite. It's great on fish, particularly salmon, and chicken. Ingredients:
1/3 cup soy sauce |
2/3 cup white wine |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot |
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. In a shallow dish, mix together soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cilantro. Marinate fish or chicken for 1/2 hour or more before grilling. |
