Perfect for a meal, but I recommend at least doubling the recipe. Easy to eat a bunch. Ingredients:
1 can (10-3/4 oz) tomato soup, undiluted |
3/4 c water |
1/4 c packed light brown sugar |
2-1/2 t balsamic vinegar |
2 c chopped shallots |
10 chicken wings, remove tip, separate at joint |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients for sauce in Crockpot, mix well 2. Add wings and stir until well coated with sauce 3. Cook in Crockpot on LOW 5-6 hours 4. Until cooked through and glazed with sauce. |
