Angel Hair Pasta With Anchovy Sauce |

Don't tell anyone there is anchovies in this. They will never know since they dissolve and leave behind a wonderful flavor. Serve with a tossed salad and crusty Italian bread for a complete meal. Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 (2 ounce) can anchovy fillet, in olive oil |
fresh ground black pepper |
1 lb angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions |
parmesan cheese, freshly grated for garnish |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium low heat, add garlic and cook about 30 seconds. 2. Add anchovies along with the oil in the can, stir, cook 2 minutes (they will dissolve). 3. Season with pepper to taste and pour over pasta and toss. 4. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. |
