Sourced from another Donna Hay magazine and tweeked to match what we had in the pantry. Yum again Donna. Ingredients:
180 g angel hair pasta, uncooked |
425 g tuna in vegetable oil, drained |
100 g green beans, sliced and blanched |
50 g pitted kalamata olives, chopped |
1/2 lemon, juiced |
salt |
balsamic vinegar, to taste |
1/2 bunch basil, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as directed on packet. Drain and return to pot and mix through all other ingredients. Serve. |
