Angel Hair, Chicken and Asparagus |

Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package uncooked barilla angel hair pasta |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 lb asparagus, cut into 1/2-inch pieces |
1 (26 ounce) jar barilla mushroom & garlic sauce |
5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley, , for garnish |
Directions:
1. Prepare angel hair according to package directions; drain. 2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add asparagus; cook and stir 10 minutes or just until tender. 4. Add Barilla sauce and chicken; cook until heated through. 5. Add chicken mixture to cooked angel hair in large bowl and toss well. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. 7. Serve immediately. 8. Notes: Place chicken slices over pasta and pour sauce mixture over all. |
