Heavenly! Ingredients:
1 10 prebaked angel food cake |
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream |
1 tbsp. hot water |
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee powder |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 cup whipping cream |
1 square semi-sweet chocolate, shaved with vegetable peeler |
2 tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine marshmallow cream, water, coffee and vanilla. 2. Beat until well blended and fluffy. 3. Whip cream and fold into marshmallow mixture. 4. Split cake crosswise into three layers. 5. Frost each layer with the marshmallow filling and sprinkle with shaved chocolate. 6. Assemble layers on cake plate and top with almonds and shaved chocolate. |
