Ingredients:
1 package(s) angel food cake baked |
1 cup(s) sugar |
2 cup(s) milk |
4 egg whites beaten |
4 egg yolks beaten |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
2-3oz package(s) lemon jello |
1 pint(s) whipped cream whipped |
2 1/2 cup(s) crushed pineapple and juice |
Directions:
1. Cook sugar, milk, beaten egg yolks and salt until thichened. Add jello and stir until dissolved. Cool until mixture begins to thicken. Fold in whipped cream and beaten egg whites. Fold in pineapple. 2. Break up cake in bite size pcs. Put in 9 x13 and 9 x 9 dishes. Add jello mixture with fork to surround each pc. CHILL |
