Quick treat for the kids Ingredients:
10 slices white bread |
2 cups sweetened condensed milk |
2 cups shredded coconut |
Directions:
1. Dip each piece of bread into the sweetened condensed milk on one side only. 2. Dip the wet side into the coconut. 3. Line the bread, coconut side up, on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. 4. Bake at 350 degrees until the bread is toasted and the coconut is lightly browned. |
