Great for Christmas time!! Prep time includes chill time. Ingredients:
2 (3 ounce) packages junior mints |
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
2/3 cup sugar |
3 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 graham cracker crust or 1 chocolate crumb crust |
Directions:
1. Put mints in freezer and freeze. 2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 3. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 4. Add eggs, one at a time beating after each. 5. Mix in vanilla. 6. chop frozen junior mints and sprinkle on cheesecake. 7. Bake 40-45 minutes or until set. 8. Cool. 9. Then chill over night. |
