Yummie cookies, a bit different in using the Andes Creme de Menthes Hope you enjoy these. Ingredients:
1/2 cup salted butter- softened |
3/4 cup dark brown sugar |
1/2 cup white granulated sugar |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp baking powder |
2 tsp vanilla extract |
2 eggs |
1 package (10 oz) andes creme de menthe baking chips (if you can't find these, break up andes creme dementhe's) |
2 2/3 cup sifted all-purpose flour |
Directions:
1. Blend butter, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and eggs 2. until mixed. Stir in Andes Baking Chips and then flour. Chill 3. approx one hour in refrigerator. 4. Measure out approx 1 ounce of dough. Form a ball and slightly flatten. I like using a small to medium size ice cream scoup for mine. 5. Raise oven rack one level above middle and bake on non-stick pans. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 8-10 minutes. Cool on pans for 2 minutes before removing. 6. __._,_.___ |
