This is a great recipe to whip up on a weekday and with ingredients you usually have on hand. Finally a pork chop recipe that doesn't call for cream of mushroom soup. It doesn't look too great but it sure does taste good. I adapted the recipe from Six Sisters blog Ingredients:
4 thick cut pork chops |
10 3/4 ounces cream a chicken soup |
1 1/4 ounces dry ranch dressing mix |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup boiling water |
1 chicken bouillon |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Put porkchops in crock pot and sprinkle with pepper. Drop the boullion cube in the boiling water, when dissolved add to soup, ranch dressing mix and garlic. Pour over pork chops and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve over rice. |
