Very garlicky caesar dressing. Ingredients:
12 anchovy fillets |
8 cloves garlic, peeled |
1 medium egg |
1/4 medium onion, coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Put everything except the olive oil into a food processor. 2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil into the running food processor. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
