My mom made this dish up, it is REALLY good if you like anchovies. A little on the dry side because of the breadcrumbs and anchovies together, but it has an excellent taste. Ingredients:
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 -2 can anchovy |
italian breadcrumbs |
pasta |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in skillet add liquid from anchovies. 2. Chop up anchovies and put in skillet on medium heat, for just a couple minutes (they cook up really fast so watch carefully). 3. Turn skillet off, add bread crumbs and stir thoroughly. 4. Pour over pasta. |
