Ancho Chile Rub Ingredients:
1 1/2 dried ancho chiles |
1/2 tablespoon mild chili powder |
1 tablespoon hot chili powder |
1 tablespoon chimayo chili powder |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons chipotle paste |
Directions:
1. Combine ancho chiles, mild chili powder, hot chili powder, chimayo chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and chipotle paste in a large bowl. 2. Makes about 2 cups. |
