This is a dry rub for steaks. It's a sweet, spicy, smokey rub that works great on Skirt Steaks. Ingredients:
3 ancho chilies, seeded and hand-torn into pieces |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
2 tablespoons ground coriander |
1 tablespoon ground cumin |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 tablespoon oregano |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix in a Food Processor and pulse to a powder. 2. *Best on steaks with 1+ hours marinating time. |
