A great marinade that can be used on steak, flank steak, lamb, chicken, shrimp, etc.. It certainly will become a family fav. Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry white wine |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, peeled |
4 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves or 4 teaspoons dry oregano |
2 tablespoons dried ancho chile powder |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 green onions, sliced thin |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper |
Directions:
1. Add the wine, oil, garlic, oregano, ancho chile powder, lemon juice, green onions, brown sugar, salt and pepper into a blender. Blend the mixture until smooth. 2. Marinate 2 - 24 hours. |
